This large wooded tract is located at the end of a dead end road providing premium privacy and the potential to fill your whitetail dreams. The timber diversity consists of red pine plantations, white spruce plantation, oaks, young aspen and a tamarack wetland. There is a utility corridor that travels through the property in an east/west direction. The road system is in good condition and the upland soils are a sandy loam. There is an old logging road providing access across a tamarack wooded wetland that cross sects the property in a NW/SE direction. An easement exists off of a 5th Avenue for additional access as needed. The red pine are nearing maturity and have significant timber value in the near future. The entire ownership is enrolled in the Managed Forest Law (MFL) program under the "open" classification.
